Refund Policy

I am not happy with the product that I have purchased, can I have my money refunded?

  • We understand that sometimes the product that you have purchased may not work for you. Refunds are available within 3 (three) days after purchase, but only if the product has not been downloaded. If you have downloaded the product a refund will not be available.


I have changed my mind and I have paid for my product but I have not downloaded any of the files, can I have my money refunded?

  • As long as you have not downloaded your product your transaction will be canceled and you will be refunded your original payment amount through PayPal.


I logged into to my Clicksound account and I have downloaded my product but I am having difficulty with unpacking the files, can I have my money refunded?

  • If you are not able to download or unpack the files for your product please inform us via email to support@clicksound.net. We will then provide you with either an alternative download method or help with unpacking your files. If this does not work we will send the product to you on CD/DVD.
